When did we become a dictatorship where a government worker says that we cannot hold him responsible for his actions. Who does he think he is Cheney? The bill should be scripted in a manner that leaves the money in the treasury as a show of our confidence in these whoring busineses to straighten up their mess. This may require years with no dividends or huge bonuses and the possible removal of some of the CEO's by their boards or stockholders but why not? I'm sure that we the little guy didn't cause this fiasco and see no reason that we should bail them out. The sky is not falling.
